The challenge

We’re looking for a smart and highly motivated finance manager to join our team and help build out and execute on efficient financial processes to support scale across the business. Working alongside our Finance Director, outsourced book-keepers and the other business departments, you will manage and develop ongoing finance processes and ensure timely and accurate financial planning and reporting. The role has a clear path to the Financial Controller level.

You will:

• Develop and oversee our book-keeping and accounts payables processes and contribute to a roadmap for global scalability
• Run the monthly close process by ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions and preparation of management accounts
• Manage the company’s purchasing cards, payments and reconciliation of payments to invoices
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams, customers and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure our VAT, Sales tax and Payroll taxes are submitted correctly and on time
• Update weekly cash flow reports, as a basis for working capital management
